Since forming in 2000, Robcyn has grown to become the most respected public land and mineral consulting firm in the state of Nevada. With broad experience, recognition and demonstrated results here and in the surrounding western states, our areas of specialty include:

Our primary focus is to provide professional consulting, oversight and advice to municipalities and major real estate developers before they begin interactions with federal agencies.

Forging partnerships that work and last
No other Nevada entity has our experience and proven track record in forging partnerships between clients and government agencies to balance economic development objectives with existing laws. We’re explicitly familiar with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act and other key legislation that could affect your development project. We have worked diligently to create and maintain solid working relationships with agency personnel. We know the public and administrative process that leads to agency decisions.

Our particular area of emphasis and expertise is working in the western states predominately managed by the Bureau of Land Management and other federal land management agencies. We work with the public and private sectors to find sustainable solutions to complex natural resource issues through land-use planning and natural resource-based economic development options.
